Thoughts on how to solve the Nazi problem and the future of America

I’ve been debating writing for a minute now and am finally wanting to get my thoughts out. These are merely the thoughts of myself and reflections on how to help the US heal from the current rot caused by the Republican Party, racists and those who have trapped themselves within that world regardless of the truth. I’m not writing and correcting. I’m simply letting out my stream of thoughts as they come about. There may be some that are impracticable or extreme, but they are only my thoughts at the time and should be treated as such. It is clear to me that the US is dying, or already dead, and will need to be properly fixed. While this should’ve been done at the time of the Civil War or after the Capitol was stormed, it wasn’t and now people are being removed from their families, thrown in jail and dying because of these past failures. I will likely elaborate on these from time to time but wanted to express the essential items that will need to be done to begin healing. 

First and foremost, those responsible must be punished. Whether it is the ICE extremists jailed and forfeiting the right to vote or the leaders of the movement tried for treason and properly punished. Take properly punished for what you will but no less than life in prison without contact to give hope to their followers. Though their crimes against humanity definitely should require a more permanent punishment. In addition, all of ICE should have their information readily available so they cannot hide and all proven to be involved in crimes should be properly punished. In regards to the leaders, I am not just talking about the heads of agencies. I want the technocrats, media heads, social media posters and all the others who inflamed them charged with treason. I don’t know if the reasonable doubt standard is even low enough. It should be a temporary preponderance of the evidence standard for this. They’ve already violated many of the constitutional rights. It seems to me that the only possible fix is to do the same, minus due process to punish. This should be a quick, temporary suspension. Also, for the high leaders and families, the ones who stole from us and made a quick profit, I wouldn’t be opposed to charging every adult in their familial line who hasn’t renounced by now. It’s clearly mafia family based and needs to be eradicated.

For all the money stolen by these enemies of America, it should be seized with no chance of recovery and given as reparations to those impacted. I don’t know how we find all but there should be a system. In extra will be given back to the people in redeveloping the country. 

I believe the vice president should be switched to a position elected independently of the president. This position is only to decide ties and govern when the president is not capable. In addition, the entire presidential cabinet needs to be more accountable towards Congress and legally culpable for any actions during their term. No more hiding information or actions. Basically, “that’s classified” will be so narrowly tailored that every person will have the ability to see all governmental actions.  

To the Constitution, I hope to see the following changes:

• A strict cap on donations to a campaign and corporations are no longer eligible to donate. The cap is to all candidates and not per candidate.
• Term limits for senators and justices plus an increased judiciary representative of the general population where candidates are screened based on their merits by a bi-partisan committee, then nominated by the president then approved by the Senate.
• Healthcare and mental care is guaranteed and universal.
• A restriction on free speech that accounts for AI slop, blatant lies and foreign actors trying to stir the public. 
• Elimination of assault weapons.
• Term limits are set for governors. 
• Gerrymandering is eliminated and districts are set in a standard way throughout the country. If the electoral college is to stay, states with higher populations should have more representation including an increased number.
• Federal aid cannot be cut to states by the president. 
• Puerto Rico and other territories will be made states or given independence. Their choice.
• Military force must be authorized by Congress with a vote of affirmation from the vice president. A no vote from the vice president will not allow the  use of force. This is really his only power outside breaking ties. 
• Twitter is not used for official business.
• National Security is extremely narrowly tailored for nondisclosure of documents. Everything else must be made available.
• Food is a universal right.
• I hesitate on this one due to its history, but literacy tests may be needed again with how easily the uncritical thinking MAGAs were controlled and duped. While on the subject, voting is mandatory for all adults and there will be a universal holiday for such.

Every member of ICE will have their conduct reviewed and prosecuted. There have been too many deaths. They are brownshirts. No excuses for being in that organization anymore. The only defense is proof of resignation prior to the executions in Minnesota. 

Economically, I would eliminate the stock market and crypto. It is very clear these are tools of the rich to oppress others and establish personal wealth at the expense of others and possibly criminally. I would also eliminate social media influence pay or establish a cap on the amount earned. My belief is the influencers becoming too powerful and rich also helped lead to this facism. Billionaires will be heavily taxed. Well, at least those not in jail for their crimes to our country. I will not propose a minimum wage for the country. Instead, I will propose that the CEO or highest paid individual of any corporation/company/organization/state agency, etc. can only make 25 times that of the median employee. This includes stocks as well. CEOs desiring more money will have to increase everyone’s wealth. Trickle up economics I guess. These are my thoughts for now. I will address more later. As I said these are at the moment thoughts and may change as my views evolve or change. I am quite fluid and have no problem using new information to change my views. 

The media needs to be restored and not controlled by billionaires. Fox News type news must be eliminated. The government can have no sway on what is aired. What happened to CBS cannot happen again. CNN refuses to say an execution is an execution. Fake journalists getaway with false stories. There needs to be accountability here. Maybe making it easier to sue networks for false stories and edited images. Not only be the aggrieved by but any one who was impacted in any way? Look at how many people have lost their parents or grandparents to Fox News. People refuse to believe the truth and dismiss it as fake news. The same people purposely spread fake news to make it look like stuff is fake. In addition, an entirely independently separated government but still neutral agency will rate the media based on accuracy. The specifics of how this works are not in my head at the time. Will have to think on it.

The education system needs to be revised. Texas distorts history. Americans should know the good and the bad of their history. No more of this “Southern Cause” and “Manifest Destiny” bullshit. If you talk about those, they must be discussed as they are. Covers for colonialism, imperialism and slavery. That is what they were. No debate. No both sides. That applies to many things. Homeschooling needs to cease. And private schools. Funded public schools should be well enough funded that there is no need. There can be publicly funded speciality schools but still public. Aware of the fact that one public school may not work for a particular student, parents may choose any of the three closest general public schools for their child to attend. There needs to be more emphasis on math, history, civics. That much is clear. Plus another language. Let’s make our citizenship bilingual. Maybe that will help with the racism. 

Environmentally we are fucked. Like someone who has been told they will die, things can only buy time here. Renewable energy, public transportation, recycling and other programs must be emphasized as much as possible. Animals and plants species saved. Make it mandatory. At least give our descendants time to come up with something to try and save the world. 

Open borders. You are here. You are here. Just sign up and you are confirmed. Don’t need to sneak but must inform. That is it. That is the law. The borders are imaginary fucking lines created by rivers. Rivers change course. Can’t be trusted. 

Rights like abortion, gay marriage and what not are guaranteed. Penalties if not. That’s it. That’s the law. If you are an adult, you can do whatever you want to your body or to another consenting adult in the privacy of your home, hotel or out of view. I don’t care. You shouldn’t care. No one should care. It’s stupid people do. 

Churches that discuss politics will be heavily taxed. Politicians who attempt to pass a religiously motivated bill will be warned, sanctioned, fined, then removed from office. Determined by the judiciary. 

My views on gun control have changed after watching what has happened in Minnesota so I will not address those yet. Maybe later. Right now. I don’t know. Right now, it is clear guns don’t protect people but are necessary. The ones who have bitched and moaned about needing them now don’t think they are needed when others have them. I’m still processing the cowardice of this to form an opinion. Plus with the power of the governmental military and espionage, they do seem more necessary than ever. I’d say make them biometric to avoid school shootings by kids with more background checks and a required therapy session prior. Any flag is red and with a 30 day waiting period minimum. That’s where I am at right now but that is very fluid. 

Globally, these will be quick. Russia is the enemy. It has always been so and needs to be treated as such under their current regime. Be wary of China. Israel are some genociding bitches. America should be a leader but not a bully. Respect of cultures and learning of the world are needed. Cooperation with others to try and let the world be peaceful until we burn it up. 

These are my baseline thoughts. I will come back and update as time goes by, but these are my foundations. As I go through this and see what is happening worldwide. I’m sure I will change some ideas. The underlying ones will remain. People should be free. The government reigned in and Nazis eliminated or the conditions that lead to people choosing to become them. I see that last one primarily as a result of the education system, lies and deceit of the GOP, and due to billionaires trying to keep a portion of the white population divided and afraid of those different instead of realizing the billionaires are the true enemy within.
